| 摘 要： | 通过对北京总部办公空间选址分布的实证分析,研究归纳了总部办公选址与迁移的影响因素.总结了不同类型企业选址的特征,尤其是高科技企业在信息化时代下选址的特殊要求.进一步阐述了总部办公在城市范围内选址的一般规律.

| Abstract: | This study is a case study on how Beijing Headquarter located its office comes to a conclusion of the impact on office location and move, which summarizes features of different types of enterprise, in particular, special requirement for Hi-tech enterprises to select the office location in such an information era in which way it expounds normal principle of location selecting for Headquarter within the range of city. |
