矿用液动风机液压保护系统研究

摘    要:介绍了一种在煤矿工作面上工作的新型液动风机,该风机的动力由煤矿液压支护系统提供,可以更安全有效地吹排上隅角积聚的瓦斯。由于在煤矿生产过程中,液压支护系统中的压力不稳造成了矿用液动风机运行过程中动力源压力的不稳定,因此为保护液动风机正常运行设计了此液压保护系统。

Abstract:The new type hydraulic fan,running on the coalmine working face,is introduced in this paper. The dynamic force of the fan is provided by hydraulic supporting system and it can discharge gas in the upper corner more securely and effectively.For the unstable pressure of the hydraulic supporting system generates the unstable dynamic force of the hydraulic fan,the paper designs this hydraulic protective system to ensure the fan regular service.
