| 摘 要： | 目的：研究应用伤椎置钉复位固定技术对胸腰椎骨折的治疗效果。方法：将我院收治的58例胸腰椎骨折患者依据伤情及患者自愿原则分为对照组与治疗组,各29例。对照组采取跨伤椎四钉内固定技术治疗,治疗组采取经伤椎置钉复位固定技术进行治疗。对比两组的术后恢复情况并回访对比两组远期疗效,以客观评定伤椎置钉复位固定技术应用于胸腰椎骨折治疗的疗效。结果：对照组矫正后Cobb′s角为（9.56±1.73）°,后凸角为（11.09±1.81）°;治疗组矫正后Cobb＇s角为（6.68±1.55）°,后凸角为（7.52±1.59）°;术后1周治疗组Cobb′s角与伤椎后凸角矫正情况均显著优于对照组（均P〈0.01）。结论：经伤椎置钉复位固定技术可有效矫正伤椎椎体前后缘的高度,并可更稳定地维持矫正效果。
