| 摘 要： | "三个代表"重要思想是新时期指导司法行政工作、加强司法行政队伍建设的根本指导思想.要充分认识新时期加强司法行政队伍建设的紧迫性和重要性.按照"三个代表"的要求,从全面提高司法行政队伍的综合素质、加强领导班子建设和不断增强司法行政队伍拒腐防变的能力等方面,切实加强司法行政队伍建设.

| Abstract: | Three Represents" is a fundamental guideline for the judicial administration and the construction of the judicial administrative staff. We must be fully aware of the urgency and importance of strengthening the construction of judicial administrative staff and, in light of "Three Represents" , build a strong leading group,increase the comprehensive quality of the judicial administrative staff and enhance their ability to resist corruption. |
