| 摘 要： | 对含油固体废弃物的概念和含油固体废弃物对土壤、大气和水体的危害，以及含油固体废弃物的处置方法进行了介绍。提出了改革炼油厂炼制工艺，减少含油废弃物的排放量；发展物质循环利用工艺和建立收费填理厂的建议。
