全程护理干预对介入治疗的糖尿病患者焦虑与疼痛的影响

目的探讨全程护理干预对糖尿病（DM）患者术前焦虑和术后疼痛的影响。方法46例糖尿病患者分为干预组和对照组各23例,对照组给予常规术前准备和告知同意,干预组在对照组基础上给予术前认知干预、心理干预、行为干预。应用焦虑自评量表于入院时和术前1 d进行效果评价分析;应用视觉模拟评分法对患者术后疼痛进行评价。结果干预组入院时焦虑自评量表评分高于术前1 d（P〈0.01）;对照组术前焦虑自评量表评分高于入院时（P〈0.05）;干预组术前1 d焦虑自评量表评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）;干预组术后疼痛明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论全程护理干预可以减轻患者术前焦虑程度及术后疼痛程度,有利于患者手术进行及术后康复。

Influence of whole-range nursing on anxiety and pains of diabetic patients

Objective To explore the effect of the whole range of nursing care of interventional therapy on anxiety and pains of diabetic patients. Methods 46. diabetes mellitus patients were divided randomly into two groups： a nursing group（ n =23） and a control group （ n =23）. The control group was given the routine preparation of the operation and informed about the interventional therapy. And at the same time, the nursing group was given psychological and behavior interference on the basis of rou- tine nursing of the control group. The anxiety of two groups was estimated through SAS at the beginning of hospitalization and the day before operation, and the pains of both groups were analyzed by visual simulation scale after operation. Results The SAS score is higher at the beginning of hospitalization than at the day before operation （P 〈0.01）. The SAS score is significantly lower in the nursing group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The patients in the nursing group suffered less pain than in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions the whole range of nursing care is benefit to decrease the degree of anxiety before operation and the pains after operation. And accordingly, it will do good to the interventional therapy and convalescence of diseases.
