摘    要:为了满足大批量轮胎充气工作的需要,提高充气速度和工作效率,设计了一种给汽车轮胎自动充气的智能控制器。介绍了该控制器的工作原理,测控系统的硬件、软件设计;分析了充放气过程中胎压变化规律。该控制器具有自主学习功能,能记忆不同型号轮胎的充放气时间。实验表明该控制器实现了轮胎充放气过程的自动化,提高了充气效率和压力控制精度。

Design of an Intelligent Over-inflation Controller
Abstract:In order to satisfy the demand of inflating a great many tires, it is necessary to enhance the speed of inflation and working efficiency. An intelligent controller is designed for automatic inflation of tires, for which the operational principle, design of hardware and software of the measurement and control system are introduced. The change rules of tire pressure in the process of inflation and deflation are analyzed. The controller features self-learning ability, the time parameters of inflation and deflation for different types of tires can be stored. Experimental results show that the process automation of inflation and deflation of tires is realized by using this controller, and productive efficiency and the accuracy of pressure control are improved.
