大型预氧化炉控制系统开发

摘    要:为国产大型预氧化炉设计了一套基于可编程计算机控制器(PCC)的控制系统,用Automation Studio开发了控制系统软件.系统采用模糊自适应PID控制,保留传统PID算法的优点,基于模糊规则在线修正PID参数.运行结果表明,系统运行稳定,温度设定点控制精度可达到士1℃.

Abstract:A set of control system based on Programmable Computer Controller (PCC) was designed for domestic large-scale pre-oxidation furnace. System software was developed using Automation Studio. Fuzzy self-adaptive PID algorithm is adopted in this system, it doesn't only preserve the advantages of traditional PID algorithms, but also adjusts PID parameters online according to the fuzzy logics. The test results show that the system runs steadily and temperature set point accuracy is ±1℃.
