针对油田开发过程中暴露出机采系统抽汲参数匹配难度大，致使抽油机、电机无法发挥其最大潜力，导致系统效率低、能耗高的问题，文章总结了影响机采系统效率的因素，并提出提高机采系统效率的对策。

Influence factor and Countermeasures of Jiangsu Oilfield Machine Mining System Efficiency

The paper analyzed of the problem during oilfield development program , including that the difficulty of pumpage parameters registration due to the oil pump and electromechanical were not composed of the great potentiality, low system efficiency and great energy consumption . Factors influencing the efficiency of the mechanical system are found out and countermeasures on improving the mechanical system.
