高龄食管贲门癌患者围术期治疗体会(附31例分析)

目的 :提高高龄食管贲门癌患者外科手术成功率 ,降低围术期死亡率。方法 :回顾性分析 31例 70岁以上高龄食管贲门癌患者手术治疗的成功经验。结果 :31例患者全部治愈出院 ,术后并发症为 19%。结论 :对高龄食管贲门癌患者的手术治疗应持积极态度。术前手术适应证的选择、合理的围术期处理是预防术后并发症、降低死亡率的关键

The perioperative treatment for cardia and esophagus carcinoma of aged people(31 cases)

Objective:To increase the success rate of surgical treatment for cardia and esophagus carcinoma of aged people and reduce the death rate during and following operation.Methods:Sum up the experience of the success.Results:31 cases(over 70 years old) patients of cardia and esophagus carcinoma successfully underwent surgical treatment.The percentage of the complications after operation was 19 %.Conclusions:We should carry out active surgical treatment for old patients of cardia and esophagus carcinoma.The key to prevention of postoperative complications and reduction of death rate is to correctly chose the surgical indication before operation and strengthen the treatment during and following operation.
