| 摘 要： | 对血清间接胆红素的分光光度法测定进行了研究，加标血清平均回收率为１．００（ｓ＝０．０２，ｎ＝１２）。进一步揭示了Ｊ－Ｇｒｏｆ法直接胆红素测定反应率只有０．７１，临床血清间接胆红素测定值偏高。本方法为血清间接胆红素的定量测定，提供了一个较为简单准确的方法。

| Abstract: | spectrophotometric method for the assay of
indirect bilirubin in serum was presented. Anaverage recovery factor of 1.00(s=0.02,n=12) was
obtained for bilirubin added to sera. It wasrevealed that the value of direct bilirubin by DBIL
method was underestimated and the reactivitywas about 0.71,so the indirect bilirubin was
overestimated by routine method.The proposedmethod provides a better estimation of indirect
bilirubin in serum. |
