| Abstract: | In the light of educational basis and allocation of safety personnel as well as the industrial accident status of recent 20 years,the relationship and laws between industrial accident and quality of safety personnel have been studied and analysed in the paper. The purpose is to provide effective basis and help for the promotion of the initiative and quality of safety personnel. |
