摘    要:研究了3个一级直链溴化物的一锅法羟醛缩合反应.分别以1-溴己烷、1-溴庚烷、1-溴辛烷为原料,用吡啶氮氧化物氧化,无水碳酸钠作为碱,甲苯作为溶剂,一锅法反应得到羟醛缩合反应产物,产率48.0%~54.9%.产品结构经1HNMR、MS、IR进行表征.

Abstract:This article investigated one-pot aldol condensation reactions involving primary straight-chain bromoalkanes.Three products were synthesized using 1-bromohexane,1-bromoheptane and 1-bromoctane as starting materials,pyridine-N-oxide as the oxidizer,sodium carbonate as the base,and toluene as the solvent.The foregoing one-pot synthesis reactions gave product yields in the range of 48.0% to 54.9%.The structures of the synthesized aldols were verified by 1HNMR,MS and IR spectroscopy.
