| 摘 要： | 主要介绍国产高速精轧机辊箱的一些常见故障并分析轧辊轴窜动超标、辊箱进水、油膜轴承烧毁和辊缝调整装置失效等故障原因,通过优化装配工艺、改进设计缺陷等进行改进,有效地降低国产仿摩根高线精轧机辊箱故障发生,也大大提高了辊箱平均使用寿命。

| Abstract: | In this paper,some faults of the roller box of domestic high-speed finishing mill are mainly introduced.And the problems such as excessive roll axis traverse,roll water,burning of oil film bearings and failure of roller gap adjusting device are analyzed.Trough optimizing the assembly process,improving design flows,the faults of domestic high-speed wire rod finishing mill roller box are reduced,which effectively improve the average service life of the roll boxes. |
