摘    要:以径向节流式磁流变阻尼器(MRD)为研究对象,通过理论分析和实验验证,探讨了MRD励磁线圈设计过程中,线圈骨架材料、线径以及绕线形式对间隙磁感应强度、发热量以及响应时间的影响。得出了在线圈体积一定时,线圈的发热量取决于间隙磁感应强度,间隙处所需磁感应强度相同时发热量与线径无关,但考虑散热条件应选择线径略大一些的导线;采用线圈反向串联的绕线方式可减小阻尼器的响应时间等结论,为MRD线圈的设计提供了依据。

Abstract:In this paper,the MRD in the form of radial throttle is chosen as a research object.After theory analysis and experimentation validation,influence of winding framework material,lead diameter and form of enwinding lead towards magnetic field of the clearance,quantity of heat and response time is discussed.Conclusions are educed as follows:when volume of field excitation winding is invariable,quantity of heat of MR damper rests with magnetic field of the clearance,which is irrespective with lead diameter when magnetic field of the clearance is invariable,but lead diameter chosen should be little thicker when quantity of heat is considered;enwinding lead in form of series-opposing can reduce response time effectively,which offered reference for field excitation winding design of MRD.
