摘    要:结合西方现代企业对经营者激励形式多样化的实际,提出我国的企业经营者要从目前“年薪制”激励为主转变为以股权激励为主,指出在进行外激励的同时,注重内激励的作用。同时调整激励报酬指标和标准,采取以“增长(值)率”而不是以“绝对额”同经营者报酬挂钩,以及只规定奖励幅度的办法,具体奖励标准由企业所有者根据经营难度和风险自定

Abstract:With the introduction of the various forms of incentive to the administrative operators in the modern western enterprises, the article puts forward the idea that the incentives given to the administrative operators in the Chinese enterprises should be shifted from the annual salary system to the stock system with more attention to the interior incentives in addition to the exterior incentives. Meanwhile, the incentive remuneration quota and standard are to be adjusted with "the growth rate of production" instead of "the absolute turnover" or the fixed rate of reward in connection with the payment of the administrative operators. However, the specific reward standard is to be decided by the owners of the enterprises according to the degree of difficulty and risk of the management of the enterprise.
