针对性护理在肠造口皮肤黏膜分离伤口中的应用效果

探讨针对性护理在肠造口皮肤黏膜分离伤口中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年9月-2023年4月我院收治的48例肠造口皮肤黏膜分离伤口患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组24例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施针对性护理干预,比较两组伤口愈合时间、并发症发生率及疼痛程度。结果 观察组伤口愈合时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组并发症发生率为8.33%,低于对照组的41.67%（P＜0.05）;观察组护理后疼痛评分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 针对肠造口皮肤黏膜分离伤口患者,针对性护理不仅能缩短伤口愈合时间,而且能降低并发症发生几率,减轻患者疼痛程度。

Application Effect of Targeted Nursing in Mucocutaneous Separation Wound forEnterostomy

To study the effect of targeted nursing in mucocutaneous separation wound for enterostomy. MethodsFrom September 2022 to April 2023, 48 enterostomy patients with mucocutaneous separation wound admitted to our hospitalwere selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group andobservation group, with 24 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group wasgiven targeted nursing. The wound healing time, complication rate and pain degree were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). The complication rate ofthe observation group was 8.33%, which was lower than 41.67% of the control group (P <0.05). The pain score of the observationgroup after nursing was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For enterostomy patients with mucocutaneousseparation wound, targeted nursing can not only shorten the wound healing time, but also reduce the incidence of complications andthe degree of pain.
