烤瓷、活动义齿联合应用于老年牙齿重度磨耗伴缺失修复治疗效果分析

分析烤瓷、活动义齿联合应用于老年牙齿重度磨耗伴缺失修复治疗的效果。方法 选取 2022年1月-2023年1月就诊于北京市丰台区王佐镇社区卫生服务中心的老年牙齿重度磨耗伴缺失患者70例， 按照随机数字表法分为常规组及研究组，每组35例。常规组采用单一烤瓷修复治疗，研究组采用烤瓷联 合活动义齿修复治疗，比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、美观满意度以及生活质量。结果 研究 组总有效率为97.14%，高于常规组的74.29%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率为 5.71%，低于常规组的25.71%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；研究组干预后美观满意度各维度评分高于 常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组干预后生活质量各维度评分高于常规组，差异有统计学意 义（P ＜0.05）。结论 针对老年牙齿重度磨耗伴缺失患者，采用烤瓷联合活动义齿进行修复治疗的效果良 好，可提升患者对美观满意度及生活质量，且不良反应发生率较低。

Effect Analysis of Combined Application of Porcelain Veneers and Removable Dentures in the Repair Treatment of Severe Tooth Wear and Loss in the Elderly

To analyze the effectiveness of the combination of porcelain veneers and removable dentures in the repair treatment of severe tooth wear and loss in the elderly. Methods From January 2022 to January 2023, 70 elderly patients with severe tooth wear and loss in Wangzuo Town Community Health Service Center of Fengtai District, Beijing were selected and divided into conventional group and study group according to random number table method, with 35 patients in each group. The conventional group was treated with single porcelain restoration, and the study group was treated with porcelain veneers combined with removable denture restoration. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, aesthetic satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.14%, which was higher than 74.29% of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.71%, which was lower than 25.71% in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of each dimension of aesthetic satisfaction in the study group after intervention were higher than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the study group after intervention were higher than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with severe tooth wear and loss, the effect of porcelain veneers combined with removable denture is good, which can improve the aesthetic satisfaction and quality of life of patients, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
