火花塞类型及偏置电压对离子电流的影响

摘    要:为探测内燃机离子电流的相关影响因素,采用直流升压电路及MC9S12XS128单片机构建了离子电流的测量系统,并将几种典型的火花塞在不同偏置电压下进行了离子电流探测实验。实验结果表明,测试系统可以可靠地检测出离子电流,并可通过串行通信接口向上位机实时传送数据进行观测与线下分析;在150V-300V电压范围内,增加直流电压,火花塞使用柱形平头中心电极能够明显的提高离子电流峰值。研究成果可作为离子电流监测系统研制的参考。

Experimental Study on the Ionic Current Induced by Different Spark Plug Form and Bias Voltage
Abstract:To investigate the influencing factors of the ionic current in the internal combustion engine,both bias DC(Direct Current) power and MC9S12XS128 single chip microcomputer were used to build the testing system for the ionic current,with different DC voltage and several typical spark plugs tested in the experiment.The experimental results show that the testing system can detect the ionic current reliably,and send the data to the computer for observation and offline analysis through SCI(Serial Communication Interface).From 150 to 300 voltage,as the DC voltage increases,the spark plug with pillar central electrode will detect higher peak value.The research results can be used as the reliable reference for the development of the testing system for the ionic current.
