基于3G的无线智能视频监控系统的设计

依托嵌入式技术和移动通信网络的发展,提出了一个基于3G网络和海思Hi3515的无线智能视频监控方案,完成了系统的总体设计,介绍了系统的组成结构和各单元的工作原理,并着重阐述了智能视频监控前端的硬件和软件设计。监控系统集成智能视频分析、智能控制等功能,可以在监控事件中只传输监控的有用信息,能够灵活地设定监控信息的接收方,并且可以根据用户的控制信息选择相应的传输方式。PC监控端能够根据前端的监控视频数据获取相应的电子地图和周边信息,并可实现多路监控。

Design of Wireless Intelligent Video Surveillance System Based on 3G Network

Depending on the development of embedded technology and mobile communication network,this paper proposes an intelligent wireless video surveillance solution which is based on the 3G network and HI3515.It completes the overall design of the system,introduces the system composition structure and working principle of each unit,and emphatically expounds the design of hardware and software at the front end of intelligent video surveillance system.The front-end of the surveillance system is composed of Hi3515 and SIM5216E,integrates intelligent video analysis, intelligent control, and other functions.It has realized only transferring the useful video surveillance information---abnormal event information,setting the special receiver who will receive the surveillance information,and transferring the surveillance information according to user's commands.Surveillance scene information database has been established on the PC user terminal.According to the surveillance video data received from the front-end of the surveillance system,it can obtain the corresponding electronic map and the surrounding information, and can realize multi-channel surveillance.
