RE-Ⅱ助剂对CRMI-2催化剂催化裂化性能的影响

摘    要:目前炼油工业实现重油轻质化的主要措施仍然是重油催化裂化工艺,借助催化裂化工艺可将低附加值重质油品转化为高附加值轻质油品。我国成品油市场中75%以上的汽油调和组分来自于催化裂化工艺。借助优化操作条件,改善进料喷嘴的雾化效果,提高汽提效率,虽能部分提高催化裂化反应产物中的轻油收率,但受自身工艺条件的限制,很难满足进一步提高轻油收率的要求。在FFB小型固定流化床反应装置上考察添加RE-Ⅱ助剂对CRMI-2催化剂催化裂化性能的影响,采用XRD、NH3-TPD和BET等对反应后CRMI-2催化剂的结构、酸性和比表面积进行表征。结果表明,与空白样品相比,添加质量分数0.6%RE-Ⅱ助剂的CRMI-2催化剂,催化裂化反应产物的总液收和轻油收率分别为88.99%和71.64%,与CRMI-2催化剂相比,提高了2.04个百分点和2.43个百分点,焦炭收率为3.70%,降低了0.48个百分点。

Abstract:The main measures of achieving heavy oil refining currently is still heavy oil catalytic cracking process,and low-value heavy oils can be converted into high-value light oil with the help of the catalytic cracking process. More than 75% gasoline blending components in Chinese refined oil market is produced from the catalytic cracking process. With optimization of operating conditions to improve feed nozzle atomization and stripping efficiency,the yield of light oil of catalytic cracking product was partially enhanced.However,it was difficult to meet the requirement of further increase of light oil yield because of being restricted by their process conditions. The effects of RE-Ⅱ additive on the catalytic cracking performance of CRMI-2 catalyst was evaluated in a fixed fluid bed reactor. The structure,acidity and surface area of CRMI-2 catalyst after reaction were characterized by means of XRD,NH3-TPD and BET techniques. Theresults showed that compared with the blank sample and after adding 0. 6wt% RE-Ⅱ promoter to CRMI-2catalyst,the yields of total fluid catalytic cracking products and light oil reached 88. 99% and 71. 64% which were increased by 2. 04 and 2. 43 percentage points,respectively,and coke yield of 3. 70% was attained with the decrease by 0. 48 percentage point.
