柳州市性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病哨点监测结果

目的了解柳州市性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病相关知识、危险行为和艾滋病、丙型肝炎（丙肝）、性传播疾病的感染状况，为干预策略的制定提供参考依据。方法依照（全国艾滋病哨点监测方案），对性病门诊男性就诊者实施哨点监测。结果性病门诊243例男性就诊者对艾滋病知识总体知晓率为65．84％。最近3个月内与暗娼发生过性行为者占37．86％，与临时性伴发生过性行为者占30．86％，近1a内曾患过性病者占11．93％。243人中，检出艾滋病阳性6例，阳性率为2．47％；梅毒阳性9例，阳性率为3．70％；丙肝阳性3例，阳性率为1．23％。结论性病门诊男性就诊者是造成艾滋病主要经异性性途径传播的重点人群，必须重视和加强性病防治，依托性病门诊开展有效的健康教育与行为干预，才能有效遏制艾滋病经异性性途径传播的蔓延势头。

HIV/AIDS sentinel surveillance results of male attenders in STD clinic of Liuzhou City

Objective] To understand the awareness of male attenders in STD clinic about the know] edge and the high risk behav- iors of AIDS and the infection of HIV, HCV and syphilis, and provide the basis for developing the policy of integrated interven- tions. Methods ] The sentinel surveillance was performed on 243 male attenders according to ＂National AIDS Sentinel Surveillance Program＂. Results] The total awareness rate of the male attendants for knowledge of AIDS was 65.84%. In last three months, 37. 86% of attendants had sexual behavior with female sex workers, and 30.86% had sexual behavior with casual sex partners. 11.93% of attendants were found infected with STD in the last year. Six attendants were found HIV-positive, accounting for 2.47% ,9 attendants （3.70% } were detected found syphilis positive, and 3 （1.23%） were hepatitis C positive. Conclusion] The key population which mainly cause AIDS spreading by heterosexual sex are male attenders in STD clinic. It is necessary to at- tach great importance to the prevention and treatment of STD, to carry out effective health education and behavioral intervention rel- ying on STD clinic so that the spreading of AIDS via heterosexual sex can be effectively curbed.
