贺州市1—6岁儿童乙型肝炎疫苗免疫效果分析

目的评价1～6岁儿童乙型肝炎重组酵母疫苗（HepB）的免疫效果。方法贺州市五县区，每个县区调查约150名儿童，检测乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原（HBsAg）和乙型肝炎病毒表面抗体（HBsAb）。结果HBsAg、HBsAb阳性率分别为0．51％、77．76％。男性HBsAg阳性率为0．50％，HBsAb阳性率为79．55％；女性HBsAg阳性率为0．53％，HBsAb阳性率为75．85％；不同性别之间的HBsAg、HBsAb阳性率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。各年龄组间HBsAb阳性率差异有统计学意义（x2=45．977，v=6，P〈0．01）；1岁组HBsAb阳性率95．62％，6岁组HBsAb阳性率67．42％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。完成基础免疫儿童的HBsAb阳性率75．77％，经过加强免疫的儿童HBsAb阳性率95．24％，两者之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论贺州市儿童接种Heps免疫效果显著，随着年龄的增长HBsAb阳性率呈下降趋势，在完成基础免疫的情况下进行加强免疫能使乙型肝炎疫苗的保护效果更好。

Immune effect of hepatitis B vaccine among children aged 1-6 years in Hezhou City

[ Objective] To evaluate the immunological effects of hepatitis B vaccine（HepB）of children aged 1-6 years. [ Methods] The hepatitis B virus surface antigen （ HBsAg ） and the hepatitis B virus surface antibody （ HBsAb } were tested in 5 counties of Hezhou City, and each survey included 150 children. [ Results] The positive rates of HBsAg and anti-HBs were O. 51% and 77. 76%. Among males, the rates of HBsAg positive and anti-HBs positive were 0. 50% and 79.55% respectively. Among females, they were 0.53% and 75.86% respectively. There was no statistical significance for the rates of HBsAg positive and anti-HBs positive between the genders （ P 〉 0.05 ）. But the positive rate of HBsAb was significantly different between genders （ ~2 = 45. 977,v = 6,P 〈 0.01 ）. The rate of HbsAb positive in 1 year old group was 95.62%, the rate of HbsAb positive in 6 year old was 67.42%, with signficant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The HbsAb positive rate of the children who have completed the basic im- munity was 76. 77%, the positive rate of HbsAb in children was 95.24% after booster immunization, with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] The immunological effects of HepB for children are excellent in Hezhou City, the rate of anti-HBs posi- tive is in decline along with the growth of age. The protective effect of hepatitis B vaccine is better with the basic immune plus booster immunization.
