摘    要:考察了二氧化碳的通入量和通入速率对高碱值烷基苯磺酸钙极压剂合成的影响,并对此作了机理分析,确定最佳二氧化碳通入速率为300 mL/min,通入量为12 L。

Abstract:Effects of carbon dioxide amount and injection rate on synthesis of alkyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium extreme pressure agent with high alkali value were investigated, and the mechanism analysis was carried out. At last, the best conditions were determined as follows: CO2 amount 12 L, injection rate 300 mL/min.
