Cu—Ag核壳包覆粉末的制备

摘    要:采用液相还原法制备银铜包覆粉末,用葡萄糖溶液预还原法制备超细铜粉,利用水合肼作为还原剂,讨论不同的分散剂,反应体系不同温度,Ag+不同初始浓度制备出的包覆粉末的形貌及性能。并对其进行SEM、TEM-EDS、XRD等检测。结果表明,用PVP分散剂制备的铜粉形貌好,粒径均一;反应体系温度以70℃为最佳;Ag+初始浓度分别为0.2mol/L为最佳。

Abstract:Liquid phase reduction method was applied to prepare superfine copper-silver coated powder in this paper. Glucose beforehand reduction method was used to prepare copper powder. Hydrazine hydrate was chosen as reductant. Different dispersants, different reaction system temperature and different Ag+ initial concentrate were analyzed. SEM and some other analysis method were used to characterize the sam- ples. Results show that copper particles morphology and size was fine and uniform when PVP was used as dispersant. Reaction system temperature at 70℃ and Ag+ initial concentrate at 0. 2mol/Lwas optimum.
