低能乳化法制备水性车用乳化蜡工艺研究

摘    要:采用58#固体石蜡作为主要原料,研究了水性车用乳化蜡的制备工艺。经实验优化结果表明:乳化剂的选择及用量、乳化时间、乳化温度、搅拌速度、去离子水加入方式等均影响石蜡的乳化及乳液的稳定性。制得的车用乳化蜡稳定性好,可以长久放置。

Study on the Preparation of Aqueous Automobile Emulsifying Paraffin by Low - energy Emulsification

Abstract:The preparation process of aqueous automobile emulsifying paraffin in which 58#solid paraffin was used as the main material. The results showed that the selection and dosages of the emulsifying agent, emulsifying temperature, emulsifying time, stirring speed, and addition method of the deionized water affected the stability of the paraffin emulsion. The automobile emulsifying paraffin had good stability and can be saved for a long time.
