摘    要:采用硝酸-高氯酸(4∶1)消解样品,火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)测定地矮茶中铅、镉、铜、锰、锌等5种金属元素含量。结果表明,地矮茶中5种元素含量均为Mn>Zn>Cu>Pb,不含Cd。各元素的回收率在95.72%~104.3%之间。该方法灵敏度高,操作简单、快速,结果准确,是地矮茶药材中金属元素测定的理想方法。

Abstract:The mixed solution of HNO 3 and HClO 4( 4∶1) was used to digest the sample of Ardisiae Japonicae Herba. The contents of Mn,Zn,Cu,Pb and Cd in Ardisiae Japonicae Herba were determined by using flame atomic absorption spectroscopy( FAAS). The contents of each element in descending order were Mn > Zn > Cu > Pb and Cd nearly zero. The spiked recovery of the five elements was among 95. 72% ~ 104. 3%. The method was sensitive,simple and precise,and can also be applied to performing simultaneous multi-elements determination for Ardisiae Japonicae Herba.
