腺性膀胱炎电切术后丝裂霉素与卡介苗膀胱灌注的疗效比较

目的比较腺性膀胱炎电切术后丝裂霉素与卡介苗膀胱灌注疗法的效果。方法选择我科2004年1月至2008年12月收治的45例腺性膀胱炎行经尿道电切术患者,据术后膀胱灌注方法分为A组（丝裂霉素灌注组,25例）和B组（卡介苗灌注组,20例）,对两组患者术后随访1年以上,比较两组患者症状缓解程度和膀胱镜病检结果。结果两种方法治疗后治愈、好转率和复发率差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。结论腺性膀胱炎电切术后两种药物灌注治疗效果无明显差异,术后均可选用。

Comparison the bladder instillation effect by Mitomycin or BCG vaccine on cystitis glandularies

Objective To compare the effect of electrovaporization with bladder instillation of mitomycin and bladder instillation of BCG vaccine.Methods We selected 45 patients therapied in my department during January 2004 to December 2008,who had cystitis glandularis（CG）,According to the different kind methods of bladder instillation,we divided the patients into A group（bladder instillation of Mitomycin,25 cases）and B group（bladder instillation of BCG vaccine,20 cases）.To follow-up visit for more than one year,then compared relieving degree of symptom and the results of histopathologic examination.Results There is no significant difference between the two groups about cure rate,improvement rate and recurrence rate,P0.05.Conclusion To treating the cystitis glandularis,there is no significant difference between the Mitomycin and BCG vaccine,the two drugs would be selected.
