简明健康问卷调查对北京和南京居民正常高值血压状况的评价

目的应用健康调查问卷的方式了解北京和南京地区居民血压正常高值的流行病学特征及相关危险因素,为进一步防治高血压和心脑血管疾病提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的原则,年龄35～70岁的北京和南京地区居民作为调查对象,进行血压测量数据和危险因素的分析。结果北京和南京地区35～70岁居民的血压正常高值率为36.4%,高血压患病率为41.7%。随着年龄的增长,血压正常高值率呈下降趋势而高血压患病率呈增高趋势。多因素分析发现一些因素如超重和肥胖等与血压正常高值患病率相关。结论北京和南京地区居民的正常高值率很高并与多种危险因素相关,应改善生活方式降低正常高值的发病率。

Assessment of State of Prehypertension of Two Chinese City People with Simple Health Questionnaire

Objective To assess the current epidemic characterization of prehypertension and risk factors among Beijing and Nanjing city using the simple health questionnaire. Furthermore to provide scientific basis for preventing hypertension and cardiovascular disease in the area. Methods A resident group of 10710 people aged from 35 to 70 years old was all collected with a cluster sampling scheme in Beijing and Nanjing city. The data of blood pressure measurement and correlated risk factors investigation were analysed. Results The prevalence rate of prehypertension for people aged from 35 to 70 years old in Beijing and Nanjing city was 36.4 %, and the prevalence rate of hypertension was 41.7%. With the age increasing, the prevalence rate ofprehypertension was down while the prevalence rate of hypertension was up. Multivariable logistic regression revealed factors such as overweight and obesity were risk factors associated with prehypertension. Conclusions The prevalence of prehypertension of Beijing and Nanjing people is dramatically high and associated with many risk factors. Comprehensive lifestyle should be modified to decrease the incidence ofprehypertension.
