| 摘 要： | 目的利用QC小组活动降低开颅去骨瓣减压术后患者头皮压疮的发生率,提高护理质量,提升管理效果。方法按照QC小组活动的程序,从选题依据、现状调查、目标设定、分析原因、要因确定、制定对策、对策实施、效果检查8个步骤进行,对开颅去骨瓣减压术后患者进行头皮压疮预防。结果实施QC活动后,开颅去骨瓣减压术后患者头皮压疮发生率由2.99%降至0。结论 QC小组活动能有效降低开颅去骨瓣减压术后患者头皮压疮的发生。
