应急组建抗SARS传染科的实践与思考

作为一所综合性的三级甲等医院，在没有设立传染病专科的情况下，面对突发SARS疫情，我们依靠科学，严密防范，克服了医院现有设施与收治急性呼吸道传染病要求的矛盾、医务人员专业素质和经验与收治要求的矛盾，以及传统呼吸道传染病防治策略与现行策略的矛盾等诸多困难，一切围绕SARS防治，一切为了防治SARS，全院协调一致，打破常规，实行战时机制，稳定了医院局势，保证了我院正常医疗工作的有序进行，经受住了SARS对综合性医院应急处置能力的全面考验，取得了救治患零死亡，无院内交叉感染，全院人员零感染的阶段性胜利。

Practice and Thought of Establishing Infection Department Against SARS in Emergency

As a first grade comprehensive hospital without infection department, No306 military hospital overcame contradictions between the current situation of equipment and the need of SARS, experience of medical personnel and demand for treatment, traditional strategy of respiratory infectious diseases and current strategy by science and strict protection. All the work was to prevent SARS. The hospital broke the tradition and carried out wartime mechanism, coordinate to stable the situation and ensure the procession of medical work. The hospital went through the trial of SARS, attained the goal of zero dead of patients and no crossing infection in hospital, and won the war fighting against SARS.
