| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性脑梗死早期尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗过程中的护理作用。方法对溶栓组43例6h内的急性脑梗死患者应用150万U尿激酶静脉溶拴治疗,观察溶拴后2h、1、7、14d时欧洲卒中量表(ESS)评分增加程度、治疗后的显效率,总有效率,并与常规治疗的对照组(40例)进行比较。结果溶栓后1d欧洲卒中量表评分(66.74±20.72)分,较溶栓前(59.07±20.02)分明显增加,二者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),显效率、总有效率分别达到20.92%和51.17%;溶栓后14d欧洲卒中量表评分增加程度、显效率、总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论做好溶栓护理观察是确保安全的前提和条件,尿激酶早期静脉溶检治疗急性脑梗死病人临床疗效好。
