摘    要:本实验表明:人参茎叶皂甙(GNS)具有明显的抑制HSV-Ⅰ、HSV-Ⅱ、AdVⅢ、VSV四种病毒复制,从而使细胞得到保护的作用;并在九种人参皂甙单体中筛选出保护作用的有效成分,以R_b族为主。实验还证明,GNS对细胞的保护作用不是直接的杀伤病毒。

Abstract:The results in this study showed that ginsenosides from leaves and stems of gin- seng (GNS) possessed antiviral activities against HSV-1, HSV-2, AdV-3 and VSV. GNS could suppress the lesion of cultured cells induced by virus. Some monomer of GNS also showed antiviral activities, suchas Rb1, Rb2, Rb3, Ro (P<0. 01) and Re (P<0. 05).The research also suggested that the antiviral mechanism of GNS is through inhibiton of the virus to absorb and penetrate into the sensitive cells and suppression of replication of the virus, but not to the direct killing effect.
