生化脱氮工艺操作优化

摘    要:随着环保法规对脱氮除磷要求越来越严格,生物脱氮(BNR)工艺在污水处理厂得到广泛应用,传统技术难以满足要求.本文建立了污水厂数学模型,出水水质排放约束条件,使用非线性规划对多目标优化函数进行求解。最后采用单目标优化和多目标优化方法对沈阳北部污水处理厂A/O脱氮工艺进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明:多目标优化能够弱化入水水质和水量对生产运行的扰动影响、合理控制曝气量、减少污泥排放量,从而降低了成本。

Abstract:With legislation becoming stricter and stricter for the process of nitrogen and phosphorus removal, the process of biologicalnitrogen removal (BNR) is widely applied in the wastewater, existing control technology has not been applied effectively in wastewatertreatment. Mathematical model of the plant is built, and the effluent discharge requirements are satisfied with the specified constraints, and nonlinear programming is used to solve multi-objective optimization problem. Finally the results of a single-objectiveoptimization model and a multi-objective model are compared in the A/O process in the Shenyang northeastern wastewater treatmentplant. The simulation results show that multi-objective programming can reduce the disturbing of water quality and flux to production,and reasonably control air and decrease sludge discharge, consequently operation costs are kept lower.
