焦家金矿低品位超细洗矿矿泥工艺矿物学研究

摘    要:焦家金矿选矿矿泥性质复杂,粒度极细,品位极低,对选矿造成严重干扰。为了提高金的回收,本文利用光学显微镜、化学分析、MLA分析、能谱分析等手段,重点研究分析了矿泥化学成分、矿物组成以及金的赋存状态、载金矿物嵌布特征等工艺矿物学特性。结果表明:矿泥金品位为1.0 g/t,银品位为4.6 g/t,含铁2.25%,含碳0.67%,含硫为0.62%。金属矿物主要为黄铁矿和微量黄铜矿,脉石矿物主要有伊利石、石英、钠长石等矿物。金的赋存状态有四种,分别为单体金、包裹体金、连生体金和裂隙金。研究结果对进一步提高该类型矿石选矿指标、探求优化现场生产、完善选冶系统具有指导意义。

Abstract:The properties of ore dressing slime in Jiaojia gold mine are complex, the particle size is very fine, and the grade is very low, which causes serious interference to ore dressing.In order to improve the recovery of gold, optical microscope, chemical analysis, MLA analysis, energy spectrum analysis and other means were used to study and analyze the chemical composition of slime, mineral composition, occurrence state of gold, dissemination characteristics of gold bearing minerals and other process mineralogical characteristics.The results show that the grade of gold is 1.0 g/t, the grade of silver is 4.6 g/t, the iron content is 2.25%, the carbon content is 0.67%, and the sulfur content is 0.62%.The main metal minerals are pyrite and trace chalcopyrite, and the gangue minerals are illite, quartz, albite and so on.There are four modes of occurrence of gold, which are monomer gold, inclusion gold, intergrowth gold and fissure gold.The research results have guiding significance for further improving the beneficiation index of this type of ore, exploring the optimization of on-site production and improving the beneficiation and metallurgy system.
