生化黄腐酸投加量对木薯渣堆肥效果的影响

摘    要:为了明确不同生化黄腐酸投加量对木薯渣堆肥效果的影响,以木薯渣、干鸡粪和烟杆粉为原料,设置了T1(堆肥原料+1‰生化黄腐酸)、T2(堆肥原料+2‰生化黄腐酸)、T3(堆肥原料+3‰生化黄腐酸)和CK(不添加生化黄腐酸的堆肥原料)4个处理,测定不同堆肥处理对温度、含水率、淀粉、水溶性碳(DOC)、纤维素、半纤维素、木质素含量以及一些腐熟程度指标的影响。结果表明,添加生化黄腐酸能促进堆体升温,有效降低堆体含水率,能使堆肥过程中淀粉、DOC、纤维素、半纤维素的降解率分别提高5.95%、5.29%、7.35%和4.95%,并且腐熟程度指标的变化也表明添加生化黄腐酸能有效促进堆肥腐熟程度,缩短腐熟周期。4个处理的总体堆肥效果表现为:T2 > T1 > T3 > CK,说明添加2‰的生化黄腐酸的堆肥效果最好。

Abstract:To explore the effect of different dosages of biochemical fulvic acid on cassava waste composting, cassava waste, dried chicken manure, and tobacco stems powders were used as raw material to conduct a simulated composting experiment. The four treatments were T1 (compost materials+1‰ biochemical fulvic acid), T2 (compost materials+2‰ biochemical fulvic acid), T3 (compost materials+3‰ biochemical fulvic acid), and CK (compost materials only). We measured the effects of these treatments on temperature, water content, the degradation rates of starch, DOC, cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin; and some maturity indices. The results showed that adding biochemical fulvic acid increased the temperature rapidly, reduced the water content effectively, and increased the degradation rates of starch, DOC, cellulose, and hemicellulose by 5.95%, 5.29%, 7.35%, and 4.95%, respectively. The variation in maturity indices also suggested that adding biochemical fulvic acid improved compost maturity and shortened the composting period. The compost maturity from the four treatments is summarized as T2 > T1 > T3 > CK, indicating that the effect of adding 2‰ biochemical fulvic acid to compost materials is the best treatment.
