摘    要:聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)作为矿物加工领域的一种外加剂,在不同工艺环节中具备不同的用途。本文分别介绍了PAM作为浓缩絮凝剂、选择性絮凝剂、过滤助滤剂以及其他用途药剂在矿物加工领域的应用研究现状。研究发现不同类型的PAM具有不同用途特点,据此提出了药剂混用技术、PAM改性技术、改性PAM+药剂混用技术和PAM降解技术等,同时总结了PAM作用机理研究现状和相关研究方法,新的检测手段将不断完善PAM的作用机理。针对PAM在使用过程中容易出现的问题给出相应的策略,高效的药剂配置、自动添加技术以及正确的加药顺序等都是PAM精细化使用的有效手段。通过总结和梳理PAM在矿物加工领域的多种应用和策略,不仅对PAM的研究方向有重要意义,还对矿物加工技术的发展有积极地促进作用。

Abstract:PAM as an additive in the field of mineral processing, has different uses in different process links. This paper introduces the application and research status of PAM in the field of mineral processing as concentrated flocculant, selective flocculant, filter aid and other agents. It is found that different types of PAM have different application characteristics. Therefore, reagent mixing technology, PAM modification technology, modified PAM + reagent mixing technology and PAM degradation technology are proposed. At the same time, the research status and related research methods of PAM action mechanism are summarized. The new detection means will constantly improve the action mechanism of PAM. The corresponding strategies are given for the problems prone to occur in the use of PAM. Efficient reagent configuration, automatic addition technology and correct dosing sequence are all effective means for the fine use of PAM. By summarizing and combing the various applications and strategies of PAM in the field of mineral processing, it is not only of great significance to the research direction of PAM, but also plays a positive role in promoting the development of mineral processing technology.
