面向复杂装备PHM数据体系架构的研究

摘    要:故障诊断与健康管理(PHM)利用装备产生的数据,经过数据处理等手段,能够实现对复杂装备的健康状态进行监测、故障诊断、预测和智能决策;在PHM的整个阶段会产生大量的数据,目前已有部分国内外机构针对PHM数据体系进行了研究与构建,然而大部分的数据仅仅是针对PHM数据的管理维护方面做了探讨,并不能清晰地、深入地梳理出现役装备的设计数据、使用数据及验证数据之间的逻辑关系,所以构建一套完整的PHM数据体系架构成为当前极为重要的工作;文章以装备PHM技术为背景,贯穿装备生产制造全寿命周期时间线,基于PHM系统的设备级、区域级、平台级数据的构建、融合为主线,补全PHM数据管理维护数据,形成一套具有装备特色的PHM数据体系架构,完善PHM不同数据要素之间的逻辑关系。

Abstract:Prognostic Health Management (PHM)uses the equipment data which generated by the equipment to realize the health status of complex equipment monitoring, fault diagnosis, prediction and intelligent decision-making technology through data processing and other means. A large amount of data will be generated during the entire phase of PHM. At present, some domestic and foreign institutions have conducted research and construction on the PHM data system. However, most of the data is only for the management and maintenance of PHM data, but it is not clearly and thoroughly sorts out the logical relationship between the design data, usage data, and verification data of active equipment. As a result building a complete PHM data system architecture has become an extremely important task. This article takes the equipment PHM technology as the background, runs through the entire life cycle timeline of equipment production and manufactures, based on the construction and integration of the equipment-level, regional-level, and platform-level data of the PHM system as the main line, complements the PHM data management and maintenance data, and forms a set of Equipped with a characteristic PHM data system architecture to improve the logical relationship between different data elements of PHM.
