高血压患者糖代谢异常与脂联素和颈动脉粥样硬化关系的观察

摘    要:目的 探讨原发性高血压患者糖代谢异常与APN及颈动脉粥样硬化的关系. 方法 纳入150例原发性高血压患者,根据FPG和75 gOGTT检测结果分为糖耐量正常(NGT)组、IGT组和DM组.ELISA检测3组血清APN水平,彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)及粥样斑块,并进行比较. 结果 3组间APN、IMT比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).APN与SBP、DBP、FPG、2 hPG、IMT呈负相关.多元逐步回归分析显示SBP、2 hPG是影响APN水平的独立因素. 结论 原发性高血压患者合并不同程度糖代谢异常,其严重程度与血清APN、IMT相关.

Relationship of abnormal glucose metabolism with carotid artery atherosclerosis and adiponectin in patients with essential hypertension

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship of the abnormal glucose metabolism with carotid artery atherosclerosis and adiponectin (APN) in patients with essential hypertension.Methods Based on the levels of FPG and 2 hPG,the 150 patients with essential hypertension were divided into 3 groups:normal glucose tolerance (NGT) group,impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) group,and diabetes mellitus (DM) group.The APN and carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT) in the three groups were determined for comparison.Results The difference in APN and IMT among the three groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The APN level was negatively correlated with SBP,DBP,2 hPG,FPG and IMT.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that SBP and 2 hPG were the independent factors influencing APN.Conclusion The severity of abnormal glucose metabolism in patients with essential hypertension is closely related to serum APN and IMT.
