胎盘早剥合并胎膜早破的临床诊疗方法探讨

目的 探讨胎盘早剥合并胎膜早破的病因、早期诊断和处理方法.方法 随机选取我院收治的胎盘早剥的患者35例的临床资料,进行回顾性分析.结果 高血压病以及胎膜早破比其他诱因相比明显高发,P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 胎膜早破是胎盘早剥的主要诱因,胎盘早剥的产前诊断应结合诱因,临床表现及B超等辅助检查全面分析,做到早诊断、早处理.

Clinical Analysis of Placental Abruption with Premature Rupture of Membrane

Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and treatment of placental abruption with Premature Rupture of Membrane.Methods The clinical data of 35 patients with placental abruption was analyzed retrospectively.Results The incidence of placental abruption incentives were:gestational hypertension,premature rupture of membranes,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical manifestation of placental abruption was complicated incentives and emphasis on clinical manifestations,laboratory examinations and sonography can help with the diagnosis of placental abruption.
