摘    要:系统地研究了激光表面合金化(铁、铬合金)对低合金表面性能的影响。结果表明,采用较高的扫描速度和大于3kw的激光功率可以获得稳定的焊道形状,此外,激光表面处理的一个显著特点是可以获得成分均匀的焊道。Fe/Cr比不同。焊道的耐蚀性也不同。随焊道中的真实Cr含量增加,维钝电流密度Ia和钝化电流密度Ip都下降,耐蚀性增加,这些试验结果都为使用Cr做为表面耐蚀合金添加剂提供了依据。

Abstract:Laser surface alloying was used to improve the corrosion resistance of the low alloy steel. Fe-Cr powders (0Cr-100Cr) were put on the surface of the low alloy steel,followed by surface melting with laser. It was revealed that with a higher scanning rate and a power of more than 3KW sound weld could be obtained. In addition,with the increasing in true Cr content in weld metal, maintenance passivation current density and passivation current density would be decreased,while the corrosion resistance increased.
