| 摘 要： | 目的:研究不同批次华蟾素注射液对肝功能的影响。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定不同批次华蟾素注射液中吲哚总生物碱含量,采用高效液相的方法测定蟾蜍噻咛含量,收集采用不同批次注射液的病例,比较肝功能指标的变化。结果:对不同批华蟾素注射液的吲哚总生物碱以及蟾蜍噻咛的含量研究,可知不同批次成分含量有一定差异,RSD在7%以下;从不同批次注射液对肝癌患者的肝功能指标的影响可知,疗效没有显著性差异。结论:华蟾素注射液较稳定,可以放心使用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To study the effects of different batches of cinobufacin injections on liver function.METHODS：The total indole alkaloids content in different batches of cinobufacin injections was determined by UVspectrometry and the content of bufothionine was determined by HPLC.The cases treated with different batches of cinobufacin injections were collected to compare the changes in liver functional parameters.RESULTS：The study on the contents of total alkaloids concentration and bufothionine in different batches of cinobufacin injections showed thatthere were certain variances in the contents between different batches and the RSD was less than 7%.The effects ofdifferent batches of cinobufacin injections on liver functional parameters revealed that there were no significant differences between different batches in curative efficacy.CONCLUSION：Cinobufacin injections are stable and safe to use. |
