气膜降温固壁辐射对流空调的模拟研究

摘    要:以基于科恩达曲面诱导送风在固壁辐射板上形成低温气膜的空调末端装置为研究对象,利用数值模拟方法,分析了气膜的形成机理,气膜与固壁辐射板热交换效果,辐射与对流结合的传热方式对室内热环境的影响。模拟结果表明,经降温除湿处理以290 K送出的空气自出风口至固壁辐射板末端形成了一层良好贴附于辐射板的冷气膜。冷气膜使固壁辐射板降温冷却(平均温度为296.32 K),并通过辐射与室内热源进行热交换;气膜卷吸室内空气,同时吸收辐射板部分热量后温度上升,室内人员区域内平均温度维持在299 K左右,且形成了速度为0.2 m/s以内的空气环流。根据有关设计参数标准,该空调装置能够营造一个较为舒适的热环境。

Abstract:The air conditioning terminal device based on Coanda surface induced air attach to the solid-walled radiant panel was used as the research object. The formation mechanism of the air film, the heat exchange effect between the air film and the solid-walled radiation plate, and the influence of the combination of radiation and convection on the indoor thermal environment were analyzed by CFD numerical simulation. The simulation results show that, with cooling and dehumidification treatment, the air sent out at 290K forms a cold film from the outlet of the solid- walled radiant panel to the end of the radiant panel. The cold air film cools the solid-walled radiant panel (average temperature is 296.32K), and exchanges heat with the indoor heat source through radiation. The air film absorbs the indoor air while absorbing the heat of the radiant panel, and the temperature rises. The average temperature of the indoor personnel area is maintained at around 299K, forming an air circulation with a speed of 0.2 m/s. According to the relevant design parameter standards, the air conditioner can create a more comfortable thermal environment.
