| 摘 要： | 荔枝的核型公式为２ｎ＝３０＝２２ｍ（２ｓａｔ）＋６ｓｍ＋２ｓｔ，龙眼的核型公式是２ｎ＝３０＝１６ｍ（２ｓａｔ）＋８ｓｍ＋６ｓｔ．荔枝的ｓａｔ染色体位于第２对，而龙眼的ｓａｔ染色体则位于第１２对．核型的不对称性，龙眼大于荔枝．按Ｓｔｅｂｂｉｎｓ分类，荔枝为２Ａ核型，龙眼是２Ｂ核型．

| Abstract: | The karyotype formulas of litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn.)and longan (Dimocarpus longan Lour. ) are 2n=30=22m(2sat)+6sm+2st and 2n=30=16m(2sat)+8sm+6sat respectively. The satellite chromosome of litchi was located in No.2 chromosome and that of longan was located in No.12 chromosome.The karyotype of longan is more unsymmetric than that of litchi.According to Stebbins'classi fication,the karyotypes of litchi and logan are 2A and 2B respectively. |
