| 摘 要： | 目的了解2000～2005年我院住院死亡病例的年龄、性别、疾病构成,为降低我院的病死率提供科学依据。方法整理分析我院1088例住院死亡病例的病案资料。结果随着年龄的增长住院死亡病例的病死率呈上升趋势：男性病死率明显高于女性；循环系统疾病、损伤和中毒、肿瘤为我院住院死亡病例的主要死因。结论加强对易感人群的预防,降低病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand inpatient mortality from 2000-2005 according to the age,sex and disease composition,and to provide scientific data for decreasing the mortality rate.Methods The mortality of 1088 of inpatients was collected and analyzed.Results With the age increasing the data of mortality showed a tendency of increase.Fatality rate of the male was higher than the female's.The top 3 diseases that caused inpatients' death were:circulatory system,tumor,injury and poisoning.Conclusion To strengthen the prevention of susceptible population,to reduce mortality. |
