摘    要:在金属材料的成型过程中,常常伴随着塑性功转化为热,导致工件温度升高的现象。但是塑性功转化为热能的比例却很难精确确定。采用Gleeble3500,根据试样温度的变化确定在试样的热压缩过程中由塑性功造成的温度波动量,进而确定塑性功转化系数。

Abstract:plastic work ; conversion coefficient ; gleedble 3500 ; thermal energy Abstract:During metallic deforming, there is a phenomenon of plastic work transforming to heat,leading workpiece temperature increasing . But it is difficult to define how much plastic work is converted into thermal energy. In this paper,we make sure the conversion coefficient ,according to the difference of workpiece temperature with Gleeble 3500.
