| 摘 要： | 血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)是肿瘤血管形成的关键因子 ,P53基因是与肿瘤相关性最高的基因。本文就P53基因、VEGF及其与肾细胞癌肿瘤血管形成的研究作一综述 ,以寻求肾细胞癌诊断、监测、估计预后及治疗的新途径。

| Abstract: | The VEGF is a key factor in tumor vessel formation. P 53 gene is a highest gene related with tumor. This paper had summarized the P 53 gene, VEGF and renal cell carcinoma vessel formation. It tried to find the new method for its diagnosis, assessment, prognosis and treatment. |
