Research on the Software Project Management Based on the Library Management System Development

With the needs of the users, the size of the computer software continues to increase, the original software development and management methods are unable to adapt to the needs of the development. As an engineering discipline which guides computer software development and maintenance, software engineering can combine the leading tectmical methods and scientific management plan.
