摘    要:随着我国电力市场的逐步建立 ,对电能质量提出了越来越高的要求。电力用户要求高质量的电能以保证其设备、仪器、系统的正常运行。因此 ,如何建立电力系统与电力用户的协调性 ,从而为电力用户提供高质量的电能是众所关注的问题。而对电力系统电能质量进行综合的监测是提高一致性和适应性的基本手段之一。文中基于电力系统的特点 ,电能质量的国家及国际标准 ,研究并提出了电能质量综合监测的系统实施方法 ,重点研究了监测内容、监测方法、监测仪器工作性能、监测点选择和设置 ,监测数据的采集、处理、分析和管理等。对大中型配电网络电能

Abstract:With the establishment of power market in China, it is an important work to the power quality. Electrical users have high requirements on the power quality in order to make their equipment, instrument, computer systems, and operations work perfectly and efficiently. So power quality issues have captured considerable attention from electrical companies and their users. The monitoring of power quality is one of main approaches to establish the coordination between the requirements and the power quality. This paper presents the scheme of power quality monitoring and managing based on the characteristic of power systems, the standards of power quality, and information needed. The feature and content of power quality, the types of instruments, the locations of measurement, as well as the structure, management, and analysis of data are the emphasis of this paper. It has practical significance to apply in power distribution systems.
