| 摘 要： | 以半固态合金Sn-15%Pb和Pb-30%Sn为研究对象,探索应变诱发熔体激活(SIMA)触变锻造制备双金属复合材料的可行性。实验结果表明,半固态金属液体以层流方式流动;复合材料中的球状初晶仍维持各自成分性质和形貌特征;两种半固态合金的液相混合物限制在复合界面下的薄层中;原料的氧化皮在成形过程中撕裂,界面处没有氧化物富集层。

| Abstract: | This work evaluated the method of manufacturing bi-material composite parts by semisolid metal processing(SSP) through strain-induced melt-activated(SIMA) thixo-forging.Sn-15 pct Pb and Pb-30 pct Sn semisolid alloys were chosen as model alloys.The results showed that the composite semisolid fluid flowed in a laminar way.Globular primary grains in the two semisolid alloys maintained their respective geometry and constitutions.The mixture of two liquid phases was limited in a thin layer beneath the interface ... |
